Orders

It is very easy to place an order on vidhiandsaurabh.com.
Browse our products by clicking on ‘Category’ to find what you’d like to buy.
Once you have found a product you want to buy, select your size and click on the ‘ADD TO BAG’ button next to each product.
Review the items in your shopping cart by clicking the ‘SHOPPING BAG’ icon at the top right of the page. You can use the ‘REMOVE’ link under the ‘Qty’ to delete items from your shopping bag as well.
Click on ‘CHECKOUT’ to complete your order.

No you can choose to checkout as a guest. However, signing up/ creating an account is easy. You can also sign up through your Facebook or G+ account. This enables vidhiandsaurabh.com to serve you better.

We will email you the tracking number once your order is shipped. You can track the order on the concerned courier partner’s website. We use UPS for international deliveries and Javas or Bluedart for deliveries in India.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to combine orders or add items to an existing order if you have clicked on ‘CHECKOUT’. If you would like all your items to be delivered together, you will need to cancel your order(s) and place a new order which contains all the items.

After you place your order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation from us. The payment is deducted from your card after you submit your card details and checkout. In the rare instance that any of the items you ordered is not available, we will contact you by email and will reimburse the value of the item.

Payments

We accept both credit and debit cards. The amount due on purchase is charged on the card once you confirm to make the payment.

Packaging & Shipping

Shipping charges will be charged extra depending on the destination of the delivery.

Returns

Our garments are all on a made to order basis specially handcrafted for you. We assume that you agree to our terms and conditions when placing an order. Once an order is placed, we do not offer any exchange or returns. However, in case of alterations, we will be happy to assist you. In case of any alterations in the garments shipped , return shipping should be borne by the customer since we request for at least one trial to fit the garment best to your size.
